U10 -U16 SOD RACING

OCUP & FIS RACING
The OCUP and FIS Programs form a progressive, high-performance training pathway with mandatory preseason camps, a structured winter season beginning in early December, and 3–4 days per week of on-snow training. As athletes progress through the levels, training volume and midweek commitments increase, with regular weekday sessions and select travel for competitions supporting development toward higher-level alpine racing.
