Our spacious 1,200 square foot playroom in The Depot offers a safe and fun environment for infants and toddlers up to age 5, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable day for everyone.

- Dedicated infant care room: A separate space caters to the needs of our youngest guests (starting at 3 months old, up to 18 months old).
Flexible Options:
- Open weekends and holidays: First-come, first-served bookings.
- Morning or afternoon sessions: Choose the time that best fits your schedule; morning, afternoon, or both!
- Playroom services are available to Members via the season’s pass, pre-paid reserved spaces or first come, first served voucher.
- Guest access: If space permits, guest vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Members can check availability for their guests by contacting the playroom before their visit (contact info below).

We want your child to enjoy their time in the Playroom. Please follow Playroom policies to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy.
No sick children, please. Those with colds, flu or infections will not be accepted into the Playroom. A “well child check” is completed daily by the staff, and the Playroom Supervisor will make any wellness decisions.
Parents / guardians must remain at the Club when using the Playroom. Failure to do so will mean that your family will not be permitted to use the Playroom in the future.
Parents are requested to watch notice boards at bottom of lifts for messages from Playroom staff. Parents are also asked to provide a cell phone number at sign in.
Staff / child ratio is based on appropriate guidelines for a child care facility. The Club reserves the right to charge an additional fee (to be determined on an individual basis) if a child requires extra supervision for medical or other reasons.
Note there is a 3 month age minimum age for an Infant to attend the playroom via the season’s pass, a.m., p.m. or both.
Parents will be asked to pick up any child who is uncomfortable in the Playroom, at the Playroom Supervisor’s discretion.
Only the parent / guardian or a prearranged caregiver may sign the child in or out of the Playroom. Direct communication regarding any changes to the designated sign-in / sign-out parent or guardian is required.
Due to allergy concerns, personal food items are not permitted. The Playroom is a peanut-free zone.
Parents/guardians who do not pick up their child(ren) by 4:00 pm will pay an additional fee of $1 for every minute or $60/hour.
- Please advise Playroom staff of any medical condition or allergies. Prescription medication must be provided in its original, clear container with doctor’s instructions and date. Staff do not administer over the counter medications to children.
- Dress and undress your child and place clothing and boots in cubbies and/or hooks.
- Please provide a complete change of clothing for toddlers and infants, along with blankets and personal necessities.
- Label all the child’s belongings, including bottles, diaper bags, blankets, snowsuits, boots, etc.
- Provide labeled bottles for all infants, nursing babies included. No glass bottles please!
- Follow the sign-in/sign-out Playroom policy and provide Playroom staff with direct communication regarding any changes to the designated sign-in / sign-out parent or guardian.
- Make sure the Playroom staff is aware of your child’s attendance. No “drop offs” please.
- Pick up your child by 4:00 pm.
- Provide a cell phone number to Playroom staff at sign in.
