Guest ReservationS at Craigleith

Craigleith Ski Club is a private club, and all guests require advance reservations, which must be made by a Club Member.

Members can make the reservation online, by clicking the button below. Please visit the front desk in the Base Lodge Lobby if you need assistance logging into the Guest Reservation Portal. We are not able to accept guest reservations via telephone or in person.

Once the reservation is made, lift tickets can be purchased by the member on behalf of the guest, or by the guest directly at the ticket desk in the Base Lodge Lobby. 

Payment can be made via member charge (if arranged by the member), cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Please review the Club’s Guest Reservation Policy below prior to making reservations.

Guest Reservations Policy

  • Guest reservations are required for every day the Club is open including weekends, holidays, and midweek days.
  • Guest reservations are available up to 8 days in advance of the date of reservation, online or in person at the front desk
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation day will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee for each individual guest registered on the reservation, regardless of the category of ticket. The charges will be applied to the sponsoring member’s account. 
  • Cancellations must be made by clicking the cancel button online in your reservation or via email to ticketdesk@craigleith.com – Phone or voicemail cancellations will not be accepted. 
  • Guest reservations are not required for any “Inactive” Club members including inactive intermediate or child members, social members or members inactive due to distance or medical reasons.  However, any guest coming to the Club with an inactive members must have a reservations and are subject to the guest reservations policy.
  • Only reservations made by the Member, in person at the Front Desk, will be accepted after 8:00am on Saturdays and Sundays and during Christmas and March Break – if the guest reservation limit has not been reached.
  • Guest Reservations are required for guests using a pre-paid voucher and all aspects of the guest reservations policy will apply. A pre-paid voucher cannot be used to cover the cancellation fee.
  • Members who purchased Books of 5 before May 1, 2017, are asked to make a guest reservation as a courtesy, to assist with managing guest visits especially on busy days. However, vouchers sold as “No Reservation” tickets prior to May 1, 2017, will be honoured without a reservation.
  • Guest reservations are not available on Men’s Day or Ladies’ Day.  
  • All reservations must be made by the sponsoring Member.
  • Each Club Family Membership is permitted to sponsor a maximum of six guest visits per operating day.
  • Each guest is limited to a maximum of six visits from the first weekend in January to the first weekend in March, on Saturdays and Sundays. This includes guest visits made through the reservation system or through “No Reservation” passes. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure their guests adhere to this policy.
  • Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct while they are on Club property.
