Court Report

Use discretion. If your shoe leaves an imprint, it is still too soft.

On rain days, when we are able to, we will send updates via App notifications, this website page, the mobile "Court Report" page, and email. There will be at times when the bookings at 7am and 8am may have to make their own call. If you see puddles or when you walk you leave shoe imprints, then the courts need further drying.

Summer Programs

When the snow is gone and the grass is green, Craigleith is the place to be. Our Summer Programs offer a great opportunity to stay in shape, have fun in the sun, and socialize with friends in a lush setting overlooking Georgian Bay. We have four excellent Har-Tru courts, located in a beautifully maintained, scenic environment at the base of the V-Hill chair. Plus, there's an outdoor pool that's perfect for a post-game swim.

Summer Programs are offered on an individual basis. Full privileges include tennis and pool access through the scheduled operating season; for tennis - May 20, 2023 (weather permitting) through October 9, 2023 (Thanksgiving weekend) and for the pool - from approximately late June to Labour Day weekend.  A "pool only" program is also offered.

Craigleith Ski Club Members are automatically eligible to enroll in Summer Programs.  We also offered a limited number of registrations for individuals who are not ski club members.  Sign up for Summer Programs takes place through our registration forms available below.

Please note that the swimming pool is registered with the province as a "Class B" pool.  This classification means that all bathers must be over the age of 12 to be in the pool enclosure unless accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older.

Brushing Courts

Please only brush the courts if they are still damp in the morning or prior to watering. Brushing during direct sun and dry weather will loosen clay. Otherwise please just brush the lines.
We typically water at 12:00pm and are scheduled at 8:30pm and later.
Below is a diagram on proper brushing direction;
