ALPINE PROGRAMS


Craigleith has a rich history of providing an incredible winter experience for its members through a variety of programming options. With amazing support from the Club, Craigleith continues to build on this by developing engaging programs for all levels and desires. All junior and adult programs are available exclusively to Craigleith Members and their families.

Program Registration Deadlines

  • Extended Program Registration Opens: June 1
  • Extended Program Registration Deadline: July 13
  • Registration Opens: October 2nd at 10am!
  • Early Registration Discount Deadline: November 15th
  • Registration Deadline: December 1 (excluding March Break)
  • March Break Camp Registration opens February 1st
  • March Break Camp: Monday March 11th to Friday March 15th
  • March Break Early Rate Ends: NEW!! February 20th
  • March Break Registration Deadline: March 1st

Registration Policies

If a member cancels participation in an Alpine Program on or before the cancellation deadline of December 15th, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be applied for each program.  If a member cancels participation in an Alpine Program after the cancellation deadline, a cancellation fee of 20% of the program cost will be applied for each program. No credit will be extended for partial program participation except for valid medical claims. March Break Camp Cancellation: The cancellation deadline for March Break Camp is March 1st, 2023. After that time, a 20 % cancellation fee will be charged. Prior to March 1st, a 25.00 cancellation fee will be applied for the cancellation of a march break camp.
If a member wishes to change/switch a program after the early registration deadline (November 15th) up until the program starting date, a $25.00 administration fee will be charged per change/switch made. Programs changed/switched after the program has begun will be pro-rated by number of sessions attended and charged the full amount of the new program.

Based on feedback we have received and to assist team managers by alleviating the collection of funds during the season, it has been decided that a mandatory fundraiser donation will be incorporated into any Alpine Weekend Program U8 and up.  This $25 fee will be collected and donated to the Craigleith Athletic Fundraiser.
